The LGBTQ Emotional Wellness Programme is a group aimed at Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer(LGBTQ) people over 18, who are experiencing emotional distress, or coping with enduring mental health challenges.
The group aims to help participants address how their sexuality and/or gender identification have impacted on their mental health, as well as providing opportunities for participants to improve their emotional wellbeing and social inclusion, both within the LGBTQ and wider Bristol communities.
